Wanting to continue to find your own flow from what we learned in Beginner Tai Chi Retreat? Prerequisite for this retreat is completion of Tai Chi For Beginners Retreat. In Part #2 we will learn additional pieces to expand. We will continue to boost our mood, mental health, immune system, sleep cycle. Gentle movements, soft breathing and meditative state of mind will lead our exploration.
